  • What is the Sustaining Member Organization (SMO) Primary Representative?
    The primary SMO Representative is the primary contact for your organizational membership.  This person is responsible for:
    • renewals (receiving and submitting for payment)
    • works with their designated AOAC team member to make additions and changes to your SMO roster
    • communicates pertinent information to your SMO representatives and OMA online licensees, if necessary 
    • primary contact for all AOAC communications regarding your SMO membership

  • What is the SMO Roster?
    The SMO Roster is a list of your individual member representatives and non-member OMA online license holders.

  • How can I make changes to my SMO Roster? 
    Use the SMO Information Form located on this page under "Resources".  Fill in the form and click submit.  Your designated AOAC team member will make the changes and will email you a confirmation when completed.

  • When can I make changes to my SMO Roster?
    You can make changes to your SMO Roster at any time using the SMO Information form. If you plan a complete review with major changes to your roster, the preferred time is when your organization is up for renewal. 

  • Who is my designated AOAC Team Member?
    To better serve our organizational members, we have designated a Customer Service team member to work specifically with your organization.
