ALACC Guidelines E-book Available

The “AOAC INTERNATIONAL Guidelines for Laboratories Performing Microbiological and Chemical Analyses of Food and Pharmaceuticals (2010)” (ALACC Guidelines) is now available for purchase as an e-book. The ALACC Guidelines e-book is easily searchable and reflects the current edition, 2010.

The ALACC Guidelines were developed by the Analytical Laboratory Accreditation Criteria Committee (ALACC), a multinational group of individuals from various scientific disciplines and industries that is part of AOAC’s Technical Division for Laboratory Management (TDLM). The guidelines provide detailed information to aid in assessing the essential quality requirements for performing microbiological and chemical analyses of food and pharmaceuticals. The document is closely aligned with ISO/IEC 17025 and provides a section-by-section interpretation of the general ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
