Methods Committee Advisor of the Year
The Methods Committee Advisor of the Year Award recognizes a Committee
Statistician, Safety Advisor, or other Advisor for outstanding service
in assistance to Study Directors and review of methods, protocols,
and collaborative studies. Awardees receive an award at the AOAC
INTERNATIONAL Annual Meeting.
Committee Advisors assist the General Referee, Study Director,
and Method Committee members in the design of suitable methods and
studies.
The Selection Process:
The Official Methods Board selects the Methods Committee Advisor
of the Year based on recommendations from the Methods Committee
chairs, Statistics Committee chair, and Safety Committee chair.
