Methods Committee Member of the Year
The Methods Committee Member of the Year Award recognizes outstanding volunteer commitment
and leadership in methods validation. Recipients receive a plague at the AOAC INTERNATIONAL Annual
Meeting during the Awards Ceremony.
Methods Committee Members are the experts who guide and review the development and validation of
analytical methods, and are one of the most significant links in the methods validation system which
ensures the quality of AOAC® Official MethodsSM.
The Selection Process:
The award is selected annually by the Offical Methods Board from nominations submitted by Methods
Committee Chairs.
