International Affairs of AOAC INTERNATIONAL |

| The International Affairs Department's mission is to better establish an international/geographical presence for AOAC. AOAC is involved in many international initiatives with other standard entities, and is working to increase international communications and membership. AOAC remains very involved in global standardization issues through the input of its International Coordination Committee, the AOAC Liaison Committee, via its role as an NGO member of the Codex Committee on Materials Analysis and Sampling (CCMAS). American Oil Chemists' Society (AOCS) is now the Secretariat of the InterAgency Meeting (IAM) and documents can be found on their website at http://aocs.org/meetings/iam/.
