- Vendors attending and/or presenting and giving demonstrations (See details below – We have finalized requirements of vendors and they may want to consider sponsorship option)
- Potential Sponsors This meeting is an excellent opportunity to make contact with potential clients and to promote your products. You have the following options:
- Demonstration Scheduling: No details yet but please plan for April 14 in the early afternoon, 1 hour allotted per firm. No equipment is provided and if equipment is required for demo. please arrange shipment details with Symposium Chair.
- Attending and/or Presenting* Each vendor attends and/or presents and pays registration (Same cost as other attendees). Additional sponsorship varies as below.
- Vendor Attends, Presents* and Demonstrates their Product(s)**. This results in paying a net 1000 Euros fee (750 Euro including a large table*** and lab space for demos and 250 Euro registration assuming they register early).
- Vendor Tables***. One table (for promotion and informational purposes at the meeting) without presenting - 600 Euro fee, or two tables for 750 Euros.
- Presenting Sponsors* 1300 Euros including A) Listing as sponsors in the final announcement and program, B) Registration for 1 person and C) Lab space provided for demos and/or large table or table.
- Conference Sponsors 3000 Euros including benefits of Presenting* Sponsors, recognition on the conference website, and option for a large banner with firm name and logo (provided by vendor).
- Non-attending Sponsor options Coffee breaks, tote bags, functions, etc. Listing as sponsors in the final announcement and program. Other details (recognition on website, etc.) must be arranged with the Symposium Chair.
*Please note that oral presentations are not guaranteed with any option and that abstract acceptance is subject to same conference requirements as other potential speakers.
**Laboratory space should be discussed with Symposium Chair. Equipment, shipping, samples, etc. not responsibility of the University, Chair, or other organizers and they are also not liable for condition of equipment or injuries.
***Tables are 0.8 meters wide and 1.8 meters long. Large table refers to two such tables.
