Transportation to the Hyatt Regency Dallas
The Hyatt Regency Dallas is approximately 8 miles from Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) and approximately 22 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Taxis and shuttle services are available and cost varies depending on the airport. Shuttle busses are not provided by the Hyatt. CLICK HERE for shuttle bus information.
Located in the heart of downtown’s historic district, the Hyatt Regency Dallas is conveniently located near the hub of business centers, distinct restaurants, stylish shopping, and a wide variety of options for fun. Guests at the Hyatt can enjoy on-site dining at Parrino’s Oven, an authentic Italian bistro, Monduel’s, the hotel’s atrium lounge, Centennial Café, and Coffee’s Post. And to work off the calories, the hotel boasts a fitness center and pool.

Although there’s not enough time to explore all that Dallas has to offer, we hope you experience some of the recreation, dining, and fun that awaits.
Climate
The average daytime temperature in Dallas is 75 degrees and most days are sunny. Meeting rooms tend to be cold, so a light jacket is recommended for those attending the conference.
Dress Code
The dress code for the AOAC Annual Meeting is business casual attire. For the President’s Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, business or semi-formal attire is suggested.
Official Language
The official language of the AOAC Annual Meeting is English. Language translation is not provided.
Meals at the Annual Meeting
AOAC does not provide meals during the Annual Meeting. However, for a small bite to eat, swing by one of the evening receptions listed in the “Special Events and Networking Opportunities” section of the Preliminary Program. Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks will be available in the Exhibit Hall and morning coffee will be set-up outside of the symposium rooms. A continental breakfast will be provided on Monday, September 22 before the Keynote Address.
