POSTER ABSTRACT SUBMISSION TIMELINE

Preliminary Program
Poster abstracts submitted by March 31, 2009 will be listed in the Poster Presentation section of the Preliminary Program. The deadine for consideration of your abstract by the TPC for an Oral Presentation is also March 31.

The Preliminary Program is made available to the Association’s constituency by mid-June, and provides an overview of the Annual Meeting, general schedule of events and a preview of the technical program.

Final Program
The final deadline to submit a poster abstract for inclusion in the Poster Presentation section of the Final Program is June 24, 2009.

The Final Program for the 2009 AOAC INTERNATIONAL Annual Meeting will be distributed to all Meeting registrants upon check-in in Philadelphia. It will include a full abstract listing and author index for all Poster Presentations accepted for presentation at the Annual Meeting.

Notice of Final Acceptance
Upon submitting your abstract, you will receive a confirmation that AOAC has received your abstract within 24 hours. All Poster abstracts will be notified of their acceptance for presentation at the Annual Meeting and inclusion in the Final Program no later than July 10, 2009. A final poster listing, including assigned poster numbers and detailed presentation information, will be released by August 7, 2009.
