CALL FOR POSTERS
AOAC INTERNATIONAL invites you to submit an abstract for Poster Presentation at the 2012 Annual Meeting.
GUIDELINES
- Use only text. Abstracts containing graphs and charts cannot be accepted.
- Do not include references, credits or grant support.
- There is a 1500 character limit, including spaces, for the body of the abstract.
- All abstracts must use correct grammar and punctuation. Proofread carefully for formatting, spelling and grammar. Abstracts will be published exactly as submitted.
- Abstracts dealing with commercial products or services must have a scientific emphasis and should not be submitted for promotion purposes.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCEDURES
All abstracts must be submitted via the online submission site. Abstracts sent via mail or email cannot be accepted.
- To submit a Poster Abstract, at least one of the poster authors must pre-register for the AOAC Annual Meeting in order to gain access to the poster submission web
site.

- Check your email for your pre-registration confirmation. Within the email confirmation, you will be assigned an “access key”. Save this email. You will need this access key to gain access to the AOAC INTERNATIONAL Poster Submission Site.

to submit your poster abstract.
Only completed Poster Presentations with all required information will be considered for publication and presentation at the Annual Meeting. Paper titles or abstracts without complete contact information will not be accepted. Changes will not be possible after the final submission deadline of June 28, 2012.
POSTER CATEGORIES AND PRESENTATION
SCHEDULE
Posters may be viewed in the Planet Hollywood Exhibit Hall on
Monday, October 1, Tuesday October 2, and Wednesday, October 3 from
10:00am-5:00pm. Poster authors will be present to discuss their research with viewers during their assigned session’s viewing day from
11:30am-1:00pm.
Please note that the following Poster Presentation Schedule is preliminary, and may be subject to changes based on space and availability. All submitting authors will be notified of their presentation day and time in their final disposition notice from AOAC. Poster authors will receive notice of their scheduled presentation day/time(s) no later than
August 1, 2012.
