AOAC INTERNATIONAL invites you to submit an abstract for Poster Presentation at the 2012 Annual Meeting. Please see the CALL FOR POSTERS for complete details on categories and submission directions.
ORAL POSTER PRESENTATIONS The AOAC Technical Programming Council (TPC) will be considering posters for oral presentation during selected symposia at the Annual Meeting. Time will be allocated for a 5-7 minute PowerPoint presentation by authors selected by the Council. If you would like your poster to be considered by the TPC for an oral poster presentation, you must submit your abstract by May 1, 2012.
PRELIMINARY PROGRAM The Preliminary Program is made available to the Association’s constituency in mid-June, and provides an overview of the Annual Meeting and a preview of the technical program. Poster abstracts submitted and confirmed by May 1, 2012 will be listed in the Poster Presentation section of the Preliminary Program.
PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE At least one of the poster authors must pre-register for the AOAC Annual Meeting in order to gain access to the poster submission web site. The pre-registration deadline for submitting authors is June 20, 2012.
FINAL PROGRAM The Final Program will be distributed to all Meeting registrants upon check-in at AOAC Registration booth at Planet Hollywood. It will include a full abstract listing and author index for all Poster Presentations at the Annual Meeting. The final deadline to submit a poster abstract for inclusion in the Poster Presentation section of the Final Program is June 28, 2012.
NOTICE OF FINAL ACCEPTANCE A final poster listing, including assigned poster numbers and detailed presentation information, will be released by August. All Poster authors will be notified of their acceptance for presentation at the Annual Meeting and inclusion in the Final Program no later than August 1, 2012.
