Submitting a Poster Presentation? At least one of the poster authors must pre-register for the AOAC Annual Meeting in order to gain access to the poster submission web site. Scientific session speakers and chairs must register by May 1, 2012 and poster submitters must register by June 20, 2012.

AOAC Annual Meeting Registration Rates

Early-Bird Registration
On or before August 2, 2012
	AOAC Members	$475
	Non-Members	$650

Advanced Registration
Between August 3 and September 10, 2012
	AOAC Members	$575
	Non-Members	$755

On-Site Registration
Registration will not be processed after September 10, 2012. Please register on-site in Las Vegas at the following rates.
	AOAC Members	$700
	Non-Members	$870

Guest Registration
$135 (Individuals that are a guest/spouse of a registered attendee. Not a registration for colleagues, co-workers, or Meeting participants.)
	AOAC Student Member	$150
	Non-Members	$200

Attendees from Developing Countries*
	$160
* Country must be on the List of Developing Countries in the World Development Report published by the World Bank. Advance approval is required by AOAC INTERNATIONAL.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel, submit your request in writing to AOAC INTERNATIONAL via email to customerservice@aoac.org or via fax to +1-301-924-7087, no later than September 10, 2012. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date. A $50 administration fee will be assessed for all cancellations.

Please note that substitutions from within the same organization are permitted without penalty.
