The PATHATRIX Listeria/Salmonella species Test System has been validated and certified as a Performance Tested Method by the AOAC Research Institute as an effective method for the detection and identification of both Listeria and Salmonella species in a wide variety of foods including pasteurized milk, raw ground beef, cooked sliced ham, milk powder, orange juice, ground black pepper, chocolate, soft cheese, lettuce, raw fish, and lasagna ready meal.
