AOAC is finalizing the details for poster submission for a virtual poster hall. We request that you do not submit a poster until we have more specific information. Poster deadlines and Virtual Annual Meeting Registration rates will be available soon.
To submit a poster you must first register for the 2020 AOAC Annual Meeting. Go to the registration page >
Once you have registered, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to access the poster submission site Catalyst. Kindly follow the instructions to submit your poster.
NOTE: The username/password for the submission site is NOT your AOAC account login/password. The submission site uses separate login credentials.
If you were a submitter last year, please sign in with your username and password from last year. Your username is your email address. If your email address has changed since last year (new employer, for example), do not use your previous email. Select, ‘Create New Account’ to create a new account. Check your email for a confirmation of your new account. From this email message, click “Confirm Account” to finish creating your account.
If you have not yet created an account in CATALYST, click “Create New Account” and set up an account. Check your email for a confirmation of your new account. From this email message, click “Confirm Account” to finish creating your account. Once confirmed, you can start your abstract confirmation submission.
All abstracts must be submitted via the online submission site.
Abstract withdrawal requests must be submitted no later than August 3, 2020 to avoid publication. If you choose to withdraw your abstract prior to the August 3, 2020 submission deadline, you may delete the abstract submission through the online submission system.
Pre-register for the Annual Meeting:
At least one of the poster authors must pre-register for the AOAC Annual Meeting in order to gain access to the poster submission web site.

The Preliminary Program is made available to the Association’s constituency in mid-June and provides an overview of the Annual Meeting and a preview of the technical program. Poster abstracts submitted and confirmed by June 18, 2020 will be listed in the Poster Presentation section of the Preliminary Program.
The AOAC mobile app will be available for download at the end of August. It will include a full abstract listing and author index for all Poster Presentations at the Annual Meeting. The final deadline to submit a poster abstract for inclusion in the Poster Presentation section of the mobile app is August 3, 2020.
This contest is to encourage active participation of attendees to showcase their analytical work in the relevant areas of fields of research that fit the scope of AOAC. You must submit your Poster Presentation by August 3, 2020.
All Poster authors will be notified of their acceptance for presentation at the Annual Meeting and inclusion in the AOAC mobile app by August 19, 2020. A final poster listing, including assigned poster numbers and detailed presentation information, will also be made available by August 27, 2020.
