Author Presentations: The Author Presentations provide an opportunity for attendees to meet and interact with the in-person poster presenters. In-Person Author presentations will be between noon and 1:00 PM.

Poster Set-Up: In-person poster authors may set up their displays between 7:30 AM – 9:45 AM.

Poster Tear down: In person posters must be taken down by 6:00 PM.  Posters left up after the tear-down period will be removed by AOAC staff. AOAC is not responsible for lost or damaged posters.
