AOAC is holding its second 2020 Analytical Methods Week activities the week of June 22-26, 2020.

Featuring virtual expert review panel (ERP) meetings, Analytical Methods Week consolidates and streamlines ongoing AOAC consensus-building activities, such as ERP methods reviews and public comment periods, keeping these important steps in the process moving forward.

Expert Review Panel (ERP) for Sulfites in Seafood – The BIOFISH 300 SUL has undergone validation through the AOAC Performance Tested Methods program and has been certified. The manuscript for this method is submitted for consideration by the ERP as Total Sulfites in Shrimp for Official Methods First Action status.
