AOAC-Taiwan 2025 Food and Drug Analysis Symposium
The second general meeting and academic symposium of the 11th session of the Taiwan Association of Recognized Analytical Scientists is scheduled to be held at the International Conference Hall of the Guoxi Building of Fu Jen Catholic University.
Professor Noriya Matsuzaki from Osaka University was specially invited to give a speech on cell cultured meat, introducing novel cell fiber 3D printed meat tissue, as well as visions such as future food safety, analysis and testing. In addition to keynote speeches, poster paper presentations and competitions, as well as analytical instrument displays, the on-site display is for participants to communicate with manufacturers. This seminar is an important event for sharing annual R&D results, and participants include the Food and Drug Administration, county and city health bureaus, private inspection companies, pharmaceutical companies, schools and other industry, government, academia, and research units.
