Gluten & Food Allergens Validation 2024

The Gluten and Food Allergen Validation training will provide details and specific examples for designing and performing a method validation based on new guidance documents, and will be valuable information for method developers and laboratories. Case studies will be used throughout the training to provide participants with hands-on practice designing studies and analyzing data. The proposed agenda for the training is as follows:


8:30-8:45: AOAC Introduction

8:45-9:15: Incurred Sample Preparation

9:15-9:45: Specificity Study Requirements

9:45-10:00: Break

10:00-10:45: Implementing Matrix Study Designs

10:45-11:30: Statistical Methods and Data Analysis Scenarios


Training will be held in person at the AOAC 2024 Midyear Meeting. Additional fees required for meeting registration.
