Erik Konings represented AOAC INTERNATIONAL in celebrating World Metrology Day on May 20, 2023. The Consultative Committee for Amount of Substance: Metrology in Chemistry and Biology curated a series of videos on this year’s theme: measurements supporting the global food system. Konings’ video is on the importance of jointly developed and approved standards by AOAC, ISO, and IDF.
