The AOAC Gluten and Food Allergens (GFA) Program’s Gluten Quantitative Analysis Working Group completed its first draft of Guidelines for Validation of Quantitative Gluten Methods, with Specific Examples for ELISA Assays and is accepting comments through Friday, November 15, 2024. Please review the Draft Document and submit your comments.
These guidelines are intended to be applicable to the validation of candidate quantitative gluten methods, whether proprietary or non-proprietary, including those that may be submitted to AOAC for OMA status or PTM certification.
