The Emerging Issues working group of the AOAC Southeast Asia section in conjunction with the Malaysian Palm Oil Board will hold a two-day workshop on Tuesday, August 27 and Wednesday, August 28 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Current and future analytical methods for mineral oil in the food supply chain control and mitigation will be discussed. Technical demonstrations in the lab will be given.
