Dr. John W. Spink, Director and Lead Instructor for the Food Fraud Prevention Academy, will be the keynote speaker for the 2023 AOAC INTERNATIONAL Annual Meeting & Exposition on Monday, August 28. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Supply Chain Management in the College of Business at Michigan State University. His food fraud prevention research focuses on policy and strategy to understand and prevent these supply chain disruptions and implement procurement best practices.
