Dr. Katerina Mastovska, AOAC’s Deputy Executive Director & Chief Science Officer, was invited by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) to participate in two expert discussion panels (Residue and Contaminant Monitoring Systems: Global Practices and Challenges & New Age Analysis in Food Testing) during the 2024 Global Food Regulators Summit held on September 20-21 in New Delhi, India.
