Performance Tested Methods (PTM) and Reviewed and Recognized (R2) application fees will be discounted at a rate commensurate with the level of support for the Advisory Panel Members of the Cannabis Analytical Science Program (CASP). Pioneer level CASP members ($10,000 membership) are eligible for a 10% discount for up to five (5) application fees for either the PTM or (R2) programs. Partner level CASP members are eligible for a 5% discount for up to five (5) application fees for either the PTM or (R2) programs. Affiliate level CASP members are eligible for a 2.5% discount for up to five (5) application fees for either the PTM or (R2) programs. This discount is effective until December 31, 2022. Partner and Affiliate members may increase their PTM discount rate by increasing their support for the CASP program.
Other benefits for CASP Advisory Panel members include discounts for up to 25 enrollments in the AOAC Laboratory Proficiency Testing Program and discounts on AOAC Method Validation Training courses.
The CASP Advisory Panel (AP) is comprised of program supporters who meet quarterly to rank priority work items and monitor progress of the overall program. AP members are at the forefront of establishing the standards used by method developers, and by AOAC to evaluate methods so that resulting Performance Tested Methods and Official Methods of Analysis are fully validated and meet the analytical needs of the community. These AOAC adopted reference methods will result in reliable data to support effective compliance driven quality control of products and enhance public health.
