The AOAC Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) in Food Contact Materials (FCM) Working Group recently completed its review and revision of the SMPR® PFAS in Food Packaging Materials. The draft SMPR® is focused on the determination of PFAS in food packaging materials as a targeted approach. AOAC is now accepting public comments. Please submit your comments by Friday, April 18.
