The AOAC Novel Foods Working Groups recently completed their reviews of the Standard Method Performance Requirements (SMPRs®) for Determination of Free Amino Acids in Foods, with an Emphasis on Novel Foods and Ingredients, and the Determination of Total Amino Acids in Foods, with an Emphasis on Novel Foods and Ingredients. We are now accepting public comments through Friday, May 1. Please submit your comments after reviewing both documents.
