The 2024 AOAC Annual Meeting will feature a special plenary panel on “Critical Role of Analytical Methods in Regulatory Decision-Making: USDA and US FDA Perspectives” on Monday, August 26 with Dr. Denise Eblen (USDA/FSIS and Dr. Steven Musser (US FDA/CFSAN). On Tuesday, August 27, there will be two scientific sessions organized jointly by US FDA and USDA on their chemistry and microbiology analytical priorities and perspectives.
