Veronica Kays has joined the AOAC staff as Manager, Science Programs reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer. She comes to AOAC INTERNATIONAL with extensive experience in quality control and business development within the functional food and dietary supplement space. Veronica spent seven years at Eurofins Scientific as both an analyst in the lab and customer facing. In her most recent role, Veronica was focused on expanding strength and identity testing of botanicals and fungi. Additionally, she served as the Senior Manager of Quality Control at the personalized nutrition start-up, Care/of, focusing on product development, specifications, and manufacturing. Veronica received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Sonoma State University. In her free time, Veronica enjoys running, film photography, and exploring new restaurants.
