The forecast in New Orleans is a high of 95 degrees F and a low of 80 degrees F with high humidity. Meeting rooms tend to be cold, so a light jacket is recommended. Suggested attire for the meeting is business casual.
Poster Viewing Day/Times:
Posters will be available for viewing on the third floor in the Grand Ballroom (Carondelet) from Monday through Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Meet and interact with the poster presenters Monday through Wednesday, 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Boxed lunches will be served in the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday.
Note to Poster Authors:
AOAC staff will not be responsible for posters left in the poster hall after 6:00 PM.
