In response to customer feedback, analytes have been added to two of the following Proficiency Testing Programs:
Cheese Chemistry PT: Starting with the upcoming June C02 PT round, participating labs will be able to analyze and submit results for Water Activity (aw). The addition of Water Activity (Wa) brings the list of available analytes up to 22, in AOAC’s Cheese Chemistry PT program.
Standard Microbiology PT: Starting with the upcoming July M01 PT round labs will now be able to analyze and submit results for E. coli O157:H7 Shiga Toxin (Stx).
