    The AOAC GFA Food Allergens program has completed its final review, revision, and reconciliation of public comments from the Draft Guidance on Food Allergen Immunoassay Validation document.

    The Draft AOAC Food Allergen Immunoassay Validation Guidance 2023 (FINAL) is now ready and available for consensus review by the AOAC Gluten & Food Allergens community and all who have a material interest in this work.

    Voting is now open through Friday, December 29, and AOAC encourages the distribution of the Draft Guidance on Food Allergen Immunoassay Validation document for general agreement.
