The Method Harmonization Working Group of the AOAC Southeast Asia section is inviting interested laboratories to participate in a round robin to determine hydrocyanic acid, including hydrocyanic acid bound in cyanogenic glycosides, in a processed ready-to-eat cassava chips sample using their own testing methods. Reporting of results is expected by mid-July 2024.  The sample is available upon request at [email protected].
