Registration for the AOAC Annual Meeting at the New Orleans Marriott is now open. The Annual Meeting will be in-person only. In order to submit a poster presentation, you must first register.

Developing Country Registration

Individuals whose primary legal country of residence is included in the List of Developing Countries in the World Development Report published by the World Bank. Countries listed in the Lower to Upper Middle-Income categories are considered developing countries and qualify for the rate.

AOAC Guest Registration Policy

A guest is a spouse/friend/significant other of a presenter/speaker. Someone not in the field of analytical chemistry/microbiology but solely at the Annual Meeting to support a speaker. Not a business associate, staff colleague, or fellow student.

Guest registration includes:

  • Entry into the exhibit hall
  • Sunday Exhibit Hall Grand Opening & President’s Welcome Reception
  • Monday Keynote Address & Awards Ceremony
  • Tuesday Annual Meeting Celebration

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Requests to cancel a registration must be submitted by email to AOAC INTERNATIONAL Customer Service no later than Thursday, August 10, 2023 and will require a $50.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date. Substitutions from within the same organization are permitted up to five days before the event and will not incur an administrative fee.
