AOAC INTERNATIONAL Official Methods Board is now accepting nominations for the Technical Service Award, which recognizes volunteers who have provided exceptional, timely, and continuous technical service to AOAC scientific programs. This award honors individuals whose expertise and dedication strengthen method development, validation, and the broader analytical science community.
Who Should Be Nominated
Nominees should have contributed outstanding volunteer service within the past three years to one or more AOAC bodies, including Stakeholder Panels, Expert Review Panels, Working Groups, Communities, Committees, or the Official Methods Board. Strong nominations highlight exemplary technical guidance, leadership, and impact on AOAC programs.
How to Submit
Nominations may be submitted by AOAC program leaders, committee chairs, or any member familiar with the nominee’s contributions. Each submission should include a summary of service, examples of technical leadership, and supporting documentation.
Deadline: Friday, April 17, 2026
Award recipients will be recognized at the AOAC Annual Meeting and featured in Inside Laboratory Management.
