AOAC INTERNATIONAL/ Eurofins Foundation “Testing for Life” Student Award

This award supports students advancing basic or applied science in analytical or molecular testing for food safety, food security, food defense, food authenticity, or health and environmental protection.

  • Funding to attend the 2025 AOAC Annual Meeting, August 23 – August 28, 2025, in San Diego, California, USA
  • Two-day mentorship experience tailored to your area of research
  • AOAC student membership
  • Profile in AOAC’s Inside Laboratory Management magazine

AOAC INTERNATIONAL/Herbalife Nutrition Scholarship

This award supports students engaged with analytical or molecular testing research, with special emphasis on botanicals, macro- or micro-nutrients, or contaminants (chemical, biological, and environmental).

  • Up to two winners per year
  • Cash prize of US $4,000
  • Funding for the student and an advisor to attend the 2023 AOAC Annual Meeting, August 23 –August 28, 2025, in San Diego, California, USA
  • Funding for the student and an advisor to travel to Herbalife Nutrition in Los Angeles, California, USA
  • AOAC student membership
  • Profile in AOAC’s Inside Laboratory Management magazine

AOAC INTERNATIONAL/TDRM Inés Cereijo Student Award

 This award from the Technical Division on Reference Materials (TDRM) supports students in promoting awareness of the need for method performance evaluation early in a chemist’s career, through use of reference materials. Submissions should detail use of a reference material for a specific application or the development of a reference material to fit a new or existing need.

  • One winner per year
  • Cash prize of US $1,000
  • Funding for the student to attend the 2025 AOAC Annual Meeting, August 23 – August 28, 2025, in San Diego, California, USA
