Vitamin Analysis for foods and dietary supplements is a new focus area for AOAC INTERNATIONAL: Attend the Annual Meeting session “Future of Vitamin Analysis” to hear speakers from industry leading organizations (Philippe Eugster, Nestle; Zhengfei Lu, Herbalife) address the current challenges and future options for vitamin analysis. Eystein Oveland, the Director of NordVal and a senior scientist at the Marine Institute in Norway will also speak about an innovative multi-B vitamin method.
