Weather and Dress
The forecast in Baltimore will be highs in the mid to high 80s (degrees F) and lows of low 70s or high 60s (degrees F). Meeting rooms tend to be cold, so a light jacket is recommended. Suggested attire for the meeting is business casual.
Poster Viewing Day/Times:
Posters will be available for viewing on the third floor in the Grand Ballroom from Monday through Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Meet and interact with the poster presenters Monday through Wednesday, 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Posterboard numbers beginning with M will be displayed on Monday, T on Tuesday, and W on Wednesday. Boxed lunches will be served in the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday.
Note to Poster Authors:
AOAC staff will not be responsible for posters left in the poster hall after 6:00 PM.
