AOAC INTERNATIONAL and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in June. This MOU establishes a strategic framework for developing, validating, and recognizing methods used by FSIS laboratories and constituents. For more information, please see the press release.
