AOAC is resuming its Salmonella in Liquid Egg Proficiency Testing (PT) Program (E01). This qualitative program consists of five Salmonella in Liquid Egg samples and permits participating laboratories to report the presence or absence of Salmonella and report the O and H antigens, and species identification, if applicable to the laboratory.
