Call for Nominations: Committee on Sections Co-Chairs

DEADLINE: May 5, 2022

AOAC INTERNATIONAL is seeking two co-chairs to lead the Committee on Sections for a three-year term. Co-chairs will represent the following:

• International Sections Co-Chair: Arab, China, Europe, India, Japan, Latin American-Caribbean, Lowlands, Southeast Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, Taiwan, and Thailand
• Domestic Sections Co-Chair: Central, Mid-Atlantic, Mid-Canada, Midwest, Pacific Northwest, Pacific Southwest, Southern, and Southern California

To qualify for this volunteer leadership position, nominees must currently serve on an AOAC Section’s Executive Committee (Past President, President, Incoming President, Secretary, or Treasurer) with a demonstrated commitment to the organization and its Sections. Nominees must also be current members of AOAC INTERNATIONAL to be considered.

The co-chairs’ primary goal is to provide guidance for consistent operation within all sections, participate in decision making processes that set the strategic direction for the AOAC Sections, and support AOAC’s mission and activities. Nominations will be accepted through May 5, 2022.
