The Novel Foods Program’s Total Amino Acids Working Group, co-chaired by Christophe Fuerer (Nestlé) and Jeffrey Shippar (Eurofins), has completed the final draft of the Standard Method Performance Requirements (SMPRs®) for Determination of Total Amino Acids in Foods, with an Emphasis on Novel Foods and Ingredients.
