The Novel Foods Program’s Total Amino Acids Working Group, co-chaired by Christophe Fuerer (Nestlé) and Jeffrey Shippar (Eurofins), has completed the final draft of the Standard Method Performance Requirements (SMPRs®) for Determination of Total Amino Acids in Foods, with an Emphasis on Novel Foods and Ingredients. This document is open for Consensus Vote. Please submit your vote by Friday, June 13.
