AOAC has released two new gluten guidelines – qualitative and quantitative.  The AOAC INTERNATIONAL Guidelines for Validation of Qualitative Gluten Methods with Specific Examples – Lateral Flow Devices and the AOAC INTERNATIONAL Guidelines for Validation of Quantitative Gluten Methods with Specific Examples – ELISA Assays are for sale in the AOAC Bookstore.
