Nominate a Member for the AOAC Board of Directors

AOAC is seeking potential nominees to serve on the AOAC INTERNATIONAL Board of Directors for the following positions: President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, and Director (2). This is a unique opportunity for AOAC members to help lead their Association in its vision of global alignment on trusted analytical solutions. Elected member terms begin on August 27, 2025, at the conclusion of the 2025 AOAC Annual Meeting.

Nominate

Qualifications of good candidates include:

Active membership in the Association
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Potential to assume an Association leadership role
Knowledge of and experience with the activities of the Association
Demonstrated ability to bring stakeholders to the Association

Duties and Responsibilities:

Remain current on, and be a proactive advocate of, the current Association
business model, mission, and activities
Commit to preparation for and attendance at the scheduled board meetings,
including funding for travel
Maintain appropriate confidentiality of information discussed
Assist the board in the fulfillment of their fiduciary responsibility
Support the executive director on operational activities

Your recommendations are appreciated! Follow-up communication with potential nominees will be conducted by the AOAC Nominations Subcommittee, and names will be kept on file for a minimum period of three years.
