The latest enrollment deadline for AOAC’s Food & Environmental Proficiency Testing Programs includes the August M02 Pathogen-Free Microbiology round on Friday, July 17. The matrix of mashed potatoes includes organisms APC, Coliform, E.coli, Enterobacteriaceae, Yeast, Mold, and Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB).
