Searching the OMA Online
How do I search for a Method?
You don’t need to log in or subscribe to search the OMA. Visit the OMA Online. Enter your search term in the search bar on the left, under the Book Cover.
The search feature allows users to filter using “Add a term” and click Update to refine results.

How will I receive my OMA discount code?
Within 2–3 business days of joining or renewing, you’ll receive an email with your OMA Online discount code and purchase instructions. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it. If the email doesn’t arrive within that timeframe, contact [email protected] for assistance. Please allow extra time if AOAC is closed for holidays.
Once you receive the email, use your personal discount code to subscribe to OMA Online by visiting Oxford Academic.
Important Notes for Members
- Your AOAC and Oxford accounts are not connected. If you’re renewing through Oxford for the first time, you’ll need to create a new Oxford account at checkout.
Tip: Use the same email as your AOAC account for continuity. - Each year you renew your AOAC membership, expect a new OMA Online discount code email within a few business days.
- OMA Online is not included with membership. Members receive a discount, and the subscription is an optional add-on. Membership pricing is available at aoac.org/membership.

- When the search returns, click on Request Single Copy
- Click on Login & Continue. Purchase price is $121.00
- Users can check out at this time, or they can add to the cart and select additional methods if needed.

My company is an Organizational Member — how do I access my subscription?
- Organizational Members on the official roster will receive an email from AOAC Customer Service with updated OMA Online access details. Timing depends on when your company renews its membership and when the primary representative updates or confirms the roster.
- Look for an email with “OMA Online” in the subject line. Check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it.
